  • 10 grams of Jika Choco bar 
  • 20 milliliters (about 0.68 oz) of hot water 
  • 20 grams of coconut sugar 
  • 30 milliliter (about 1.01 oz) espresso shot 
  • 80–100 ml (about 3.38 oz) of milk 
  • Ice cubes 

Steps to prepare 

  1. Get the chocolate mixture ready. Melt 10g of the Jika Choco bar in 20 milliliters (about 0.68 oz) of warm water to start. Mix until the ingredients are completely dissolved. 
  1. Add 20 grams of coconut sugar to the chocolate blend. This is to ensure a smooth consistency, then carefully mix with a frother. 
  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes to prepare it. 
  1. Then, pour the chocolate mixture over the ice and put 40 milliliters (about 1.35 oz) of freshly brewed espresso into the glass. 
  1. Lastly, pour in 80-100 milliliters (about 3.38 oz) of milk depending on your preference.  
  1. Mix thoroughly to combine all the flavors and Iced JikaChino is ready!

  • 120 milliliters (about 4.06 oz) soda water 
  • 2-3 orange slices 
  • 70 grams ice cubes 

Step by step guide 

  1. Prepare Espresso. Brew 18 grams of coffee beans, pull a 30 milliliters (about 1.01 oz) espresso shot and let it cool slightly. 
  1. Prepare the glass, then fill it with 70 grams of ice cubes. 
  1. To heighten the flavor, squeeze the juice from two to three orange slices into the glass. 
  1. Pour 120 milliliters (about 4.06 oz) of soda over the citrus and ice. 
  1. Top with Espresso: Slowly add the brewed espresso to create a visually appealing layer. 
  1. To serve, combine the ingredients in the drink by giving it a gentle stir. 

Light Up Your Day with Iced Butterscotch Coffee

Prepare your ingredients 

  • 80 milliliters cold brew coffee (1:8 ratio) from Sugata Aceh Gayo Coffee
  • 30 grams ice cubes 
  • 80 milliliters milk 
  • 15 milliliters butterscotch syrup 

Steps to follow 

  1. Place 30 grams of ice cubes in a glass. 
  1. Pour 80 milliliters of cold brew coffee into the glass after brewing it at a ratio of 1:8. 
  1. Meanwhile, fill a separate mixing glass or cup with 15 milliliters of butterscotch syrup. 
  1. Add 80 milliliters of milk into the mix. 
  1. Blend the ingredients together with a frother until they are well combined and have a slight foam to it. 
  1. Pour the frothed butterscotch milk into the glass of iced cold brew. Serve right away and savor the clean flavor.
